Well we know there was a liscensing issue with all the Marvel games made by Capcom, as they were forced to take them down from PSN/XBL.
Things are evidently better now though.

No, the deal they had just ended with MvC 2 and 3. While the original MvC stayed listed for a year longer.

Activision's Marvel games have been delisted and relisted as well.
