Not familiar with all of the tech-lingo, but I'm guessing this means they've saved a lot of time because they didn't built this engine themselves and are likely just making necessary tweaks. Which is great news. Would explain why we got a teaser trailer and now a true trailer so shortly after Kojima left Konami and started a new studio.
