I consider Aria of Sorrow, Circle of the Moon, and Dawn of Sorrow all to be signifficantly better games.

I need to play some Symphony of the Night.  I think the trailer is definitely something that helps hype this new Castlevania.  I really like the character designs and they aren't even from Kojima.  OoE looks to be a Castlevania game that takes established elements and combines them with new fresh elements like various types of areas and the glyph system.
