I see that as a strength. They will be getting some big guns out of the gate right away, a few new - a few newish, and still be able to deliver a strong second year of all new content. After year two, all the engines are in place and games can be fleshed out quickly.
Third party support needs to be on Gamecube levels, not PS4, and Nintendo will be fine.
