I'm not sure how's privileged. He probably started off doing tiny voice acting jobs before he hit it big to lead games, he didn't just arrive and they handed him lead roles, he's worked for it for years. He understands that developers do not get the proper respect and compensation for the amount of work they put it and he said it already, if it wasn't for them, his career and the ones of all other VA wouldn't matter.
