Pretty much this, but really at the same time I find that if you have a 1 hour video of user created content on youtube anyone can just raise a copy right flag against you and start profiting from your video until youtube free up the video for you after you refute the claim. I mean... even if during a 1 hour video you had 1 minute of audio in the background which was not original creation, I mean... it's nuts I think of it every time I see a youtube clip on the news, it's like... does that mean the youtube creator could then strike a claim against everything shown on that TV channel for the day? because they happened to show a clip of their video? of course not. It's complete bullshit.
