I think basically this will be the Trump doctrine ... the "reality TV president style" which is he'll mostly bend over to corporate interests, but every once in a while he'll cherry pick a PR photo-op, like this Carrier situation and make a big fuss about it, have a press conference, to show the masses he's "getting things done".
