Yeah. They were surprisingly ambitious with it for a more modestly budgeted game. I was more impressed with it than I was by Homecoming, which was also decent but just kind of a retread of previous games and totally stole SH2's plot twist.
Even the enemies in Downpour all made psychological sense. I just wished they weren't all humanoids.
