You mean in 2011? Well it borrowed 5 years and over $2b by the 3rd game so I'm sure Activision didn't do too badly with the franchise as a whole, even with the most recent 2 games underperforming.

I know but considering how long Activision milked Tony Hawk and CoD Skylanders is pretty short in comparison. Skylanders was like Guitar Hero..it had a gimmick that was not going to last as long. Tony Hawk and Guitar Hero came back eventually but only after a several year break.
