Honestly, it's Bethesda. They will continue to make buggy games. I don't get why people love so much them as developers when they constantly release broken games and hardly fix a lot of huge bugs. The unnoficial patches for Skyrim actualy fix a lot of serious bugs (like quests that get stuck in conditions where you simply can't finish it unless using console commands to fix stuff). If one guy working on it for fun can do it, what's the excuse for Bethesda to simply not address it?
I get that they make some great games, but they simply get a free pass from gamers and critics regarding it. A lot of games end up with 60s on meta because of being releases broken. Skyrim had a total game breaking bug on PS3 and got a 92.
