The larger the publisher (Activision/EA/Square...etc) the higher the chances of a patch being accomplished. Square is a large publisher and Deus Ex isnt even one its primary game. That is reserved for Tomb Raider and Final Fantasy. Being an expected lead platform is what people focus on, but people also forget Microsoft got Rise of the Tomb Raider to be exclusive to their platform. Given Sony's relationship in talking Square into giving them the mainline FF franchises and stopping them from keeping Versus 13,  whats to stop them from asking for a measly Scorpio patch? Microsoft loves to throw things that made Sony relevant in their face like Metal Gear, Final Fantasy and Blue Ray. A more potent console and a higher resolution version of FF makes sense then based on their motivations.

Yet those publishers didn't bother updating old games for the Pro, except Black Ops 3 on Activisions part... only one of their older titles, which just so happens ot be the best selling game on PS4. But again Deus Ex wasn't an old title when it was updated for Pro. Really a patch for a 12 month old game just isn't that relevant, there's no money to be made their so people just don't bother.

I'll be generous and give a 35% chance of FFXV getting patched for Scorpio, but that's only because I currently lack info on Scorpio and it's release date as well as FFXV's post launch plans.

Using Playstation Pro as a precedant the odds are heavily stacked against a Scorpio Update. It's an established fact, people haven't bothered updating old games for Pro.

Black Ops 3 is not even an optiojn since its an annual game. Black Ops 3 is definitely not getting it and I would not opt to give it a pro patch either. You should only give options for annualized games from the launch.
