No it wasn't, it had as much new content as all Forza 5 had on it at launch, maybe more, and that was a generation leap game, GT6 was a "sequel".

Graphical minor upgrade maybe? I also don't think so, tho.

GT6 had 200 cars more than GT5 including the amazing Vision GT cars. It also had new tracks.

Forza 5 had 200 cars less than Forza 4 and just 14 tracks.
