I'm not going to concede that specific data without knowing the source, but let's suppose, for the sake of argument, that it's right. I will further suppose that those numbers are actually somewhat meaningful for games.
Now you suppose that there is some other task(s) at which the PS3 can outperform the 360 by an equally ludicrous amount. If FFXIII exploits the abilities of the PS3 in this area(s), it may be very hard to translate those parts of the game that depend on those abilities to the 360.
