I disagree, they were banking on the og ps4 at $349, and at $249 they should still be banking on a slimmer much cheaper to make console.... Also at least half of them buyers are getting $49 subs to PS plus.. which is pure profit for then 

But Sony isn't getting retail prices for each PS4 sold. I wouldn't be shocked if they sold them to retailers at cost.
