Same here I became friends with a Manager who was one of the best people I've met fullstop and he used to give me 20% off everything I bought even when it was allready on sale , just used to put it down as price match , then after 4 years he went to NZ ,but that was ok a couple of the other staff where long term and the new manager also became a great friend , he used to show me stuff they got to see at trade shows, once I forgot to preorder a game I wanted and it was sold out, he just said I should have remembered to order it, then just as I went to leave, laughed and handed it to me from behind his back, he had preordered me the LE and charged me for the basic , that was two great manager's in 10 years , but it can change he got a promotion from EB that meant moving interstate, in the last 3 years since then, the staff are lucky to last 6 months and so don't get to know you.
