I think it flopped after people got burnt by the first one. Though I'm not sure.

The first WD was like a brand new IP with lots of hype and was one of the first new/big titles on next gen, so I think it was one of those games that many people went out and purchased. A bit like Destiny. So I think a lot of people who played the first were not interested in the 2nd, and some other WD users needed convincing to buy. I mean I didnt buy it on release, but I did fold after a few days... but I am unique in that respect...lol.

I suspect Destiny 2 will have a similar drop in sales to WD2.
