Not overblown at all if you take some things into consideration.
UK is one of like 3/4 markets that the XB1 at least doesmt respectably compared to the PS4.
Sales of the PS4 to XB1 in the UK has never been lopsided.
The XB1 (regardless of how good it has seemed to be doing these last 3 months) didn't just lose this week, it lost ut by more than it has ever lost a BF week to the PS4 and it's also down by 30% YOY while the PS4 manager to be up.
The UK and NA markets are usually very similar. Suggesting that if sony won in the UK by such a margin then they could win NA by something similar too.
but yh, let's see how swles for the US are.
