There is a finite number of people at anytime that will buy into a given type of device. Sales are sales and a win is a win. When MS were doing their Fire sales in the UK the past couple months no one said anything about cheap or price matching.

Then people were say the XB1 is a better value due to 4K Blu-ray and MS momentum bla bla bla. 

It's still too early to call. But I did suggest something like this could happen. I said in one month PS4 could negate every win XB1 has had this far.

The sales gap the XB1 made winning 2 months in the UK, was just doubled by the PS4 now (in 1 week), in that sense its a big deal.

Ps4 deals still going on in the UK with many bundles.
