I thought the same as you, that Nintendo had more ip's. But after doing RESEARCH, as you suggest it's pretty quick to come to the conclusion that Sony definitely have more IP's than Nintendo... by a large margin.

Please don't throw accusations of "being ignorant" and tell people to do research when it seems you haven't... because factually he is correct.
