Communism is a nice theory on paper and probably can work alright in small groups, but I don't see it working in a modern world with a large population. There's too many inefficiencies and problems that arise.

Some form of a well regulated free market with solid social programs for citizens along with a democratic setup works best.

Maybe some version of it in a Star Trek like future where humanity is more invested in space travel and we have things like replicators, we'll have a post-capitalist world, but that's probably a few hundred years off.

As long as we need people to work,comunism/socialism will never be viable. We need people of different "casts" doing jobs of different levels. In other words,we need innequality so some people are forced to work in things they wouldn't if they had other choices.

Do you think  european countries are accepting muslims because they are nice? they are basically importing poor people because in places like sweeden "their" people is just too educated to accept "shitty" jobs, so you need to import those who will.

In the the future, when everything could be done via computers, AI and robots maybe we can reach full equality because then our society will be based on robots slavery and comunism will become viable.

Yes in the future, we're probably looking at a post-job society as well. Robots and computers will be able to do most jobs but even more than that, if they ever develop something like replicator (which I think 3D printing is kind of like the first baby steps towards), that would also be a monumental game changer. Imagine just being able to order whatever food you want from a replicator which can create that by manipulating molecules. Bye bye restaurants and grocery stores and farming in general.
