It won't be a native 2160P(4K) at all times, it might not even hit 2160P at all on Scorpio as it looks to be a very demanding game. It will probably support a higher resolution than its Pro counter-part(that's if Square even patch it 12 months later for Scorpio which I somewhat doubt) but a native 4K resolution would compromise other visual elements and frame rate heavily.
