Hi all! it's been a few weeks, so I thought I'd check in to see how everyone is doing.
First off thank you for sharing pictures/gifs so I have great stuff to put on the front page of the thread. We all enjoy seeing the progress!
Speaking of which, how is the progress going everyone? Don't make me copy/paste the entire goal list off of the first page to get you back on track!
I'm doing fairly well myself - the weather is finally turning cold which makes it easier for me to eat more (lol) so I will be adding some weight over the next few months, in combination with adding heavier weight to lift. Yesterday I was squatting 4 plates for a few sets of three, and I'm excited to see how that will improve over the winter. Especially in my bench, which has plateaued >:( This also means I will start deadlifting again! :D Other than that, not much to speak of. School keeps me busy and most of my favourite hiking trails are closed for winter, so in my spare time (what little there is) I've actually been gaming more or going for short walks.
