That's roughly 3 months after the speculated launch date only a few days less, I think if true this would be the first 2 top tier first party games come with in the first 3 months of any Nintendo platform, if the pricing rumours are true that's a lot of potential momentum in the first 3 months.
MK8, Splatoon and Galaxy 2 are games that also launched around that time.
