I dont even get why are you are trying to argue this, its almost agreed by everyone that PS4/XBO have a steady flow of big releases while Wii U does not.

Because its wrong. its not the number that make ps4/xbox ones a success and wii u a failure.

Its just a handfull of games and other things, like marketing, and reputation.

The ps4 would also be a success with just 50 retail releases, as long those retail releases include games like:

GTA, Fallout, Elder Scrolls, Call of Duty, Battlefield, Battlefront, Destiny, Divison, Fifa, NBA2k, Madden, Need for Speed, Witcher, Uncharted, Far Cry and co.

Just look up the top 50 selling games basically. Those popular games and franchises sold the console, not the 300 other indie titles,

The Wii U however, got all high hitters nintendo has to offer but a mainline zelda game.

It got a 3D Mario, a 2D Mario Creation Tool, A Pokemon Fighting Game, Mario Kart (Sold more then 30mio last gen) it got 3 Zelda games (2 Remastereds, 1 Spinoff), a brand new IP called Splatoon and co.

All Nintendos Heavy Hitters are on the wii u.

Do you really believe the wii u would be a success if they had released a new Metroid, F-Zero and Animl Crossing game as well ? It hadnt changed much. At best we would see 14mio lifetime instead of 13 mio.

The Games were not Nintendos problem, but bad marketing, bad image (kids console), unattractive priece, lag of third party support were. The Wii brand was already very damaged as Nintendo released the Wii U. Most people that got a wii u used it for some months and then never again, it had bad third party support, bad graphics. All that burned into the minds of most people not to want to buy such a console again.

You really don't know what are you talking about, one of biggest Wii U problems actually was weak launch and 1st year line up and software droughts of 2-3 months, Wii U didn't had must have title or system seller in whole 1st year and did have periods of 2-3 months without any game release (I dont count some Indie craps). Wii U launch and 1st year lineup is probably weakest launch and 1st year lineup for any Nintendo platform (key Nintendo titles were Nintendo Land and NSMB HD), with longest softwares droughts ever.

I would come up with a thought out response but you essentially just agreed with multiple points i made to you earlier.........you literally have no clue what you are arguing about at this point.

this doesnt make any sense. i disproved you again and again, over and over again, and you keep ignoring it. ridiculous

Sry, but you really don't know what are you saying when you say that Wii U didnt have software drought and you even try to compare that with PS1/XB1 releases, bascily night and day comparison, and you even say you prove that. :D
