I don't think so. If 3D Mario is the star of the launch, I'd wait until honestly at least Summer 2018 before starting to get nervous.
I have so much to say about 2D Mario, though. I hope it's getting a reboot. They can do so much better than NSMB, and it's giving 2D Mario a bad rep.
