Yours comparison doesn't make any sense at all because games developers are developing for different architectures and techs all the time and usually they are very familiar with most most common techs and architectures on market, while less than 1% car drivers know to fly the plane.

Simply fact is that modern Switch hardware and tech makes things easier compared to Wii or Wii U for instance (definitely is more than 10% less difficult than porting for Wii U), but from some reason you have problem with that.

Also why your posts sounds like you angry, calm down a little..

If you don't agree with people who know more about the matter than you do, who do you agree with?
