Yes, but fact is that Zelda is coming to Switch, and Switch on launch will sell good in evre way becuse hard core Nintendo fans will buy it on launch in evre way (just look Wii U launch sales numbers despite weak launch lineup), so having Zelda few monts after Switch launch (maybe May) will not relly change anuthing, people who said that will buy Switch because Zelda will buy it when Zelda is out. So we can expect good sales of Switch when its launched and when Zelda is released also.

May is not what I think when I read the word several in the OP. Even more when Laura could have told summer or, like in the case of Mario Kart, near launch.

Anyway. The launch is not a problem. The problem is what it comes afterwards, which I'm not expecting to be very good with a bunch of ports and having their bigger game until later in the year. Any positive effect Zelda could have as a system seller could have been bigger during launch. But I'll wait and see.

She said 4-6 months of localisation and testing after December, end of May fits in that.

New 3D Zelda comes after launch and offcourse there will be some new games also, Pokemon, Pikmin 4, new IP, Retros games, Next Levels Games game, some 3rd party exlusive like W101 or Bayonetty (Beyond good and Evil 2!?)....we relly dont know, we will know for sure on 12. January, but Nintendo said they aiming for very strong 1st year lineup without droughts, and Emily is reporting same thing. I agree that Zelda BotW like launch title would have bigger effect on launch but 3D Mario is very strong launch game also, and you can't really do anything about that if game cant be finished on time, whenever Zelda BotW is launched it will gave huge boost in sales, luckily only few months after actual Switch launch we will have Zelda finally.
