I doubt many fans will forget about the delays. I can see the Wii version selling higher than expected.

You will bet many of 13m Wii U owners will forget about delay because they are were aware thats is biggest game that Nintendo ever worked on with one of biggest world in games ever, and because its Zelda and in Zelda almost everything has to be perfect, not to mention that actually many Wii U owners will actually buy Switch version of game.

Also, Zelda not being Switch launch game isn't delay, Nintendo for Zelda stated just 2017. year of release.

This is NOT a delay, they said 2017 and 2017 has 365 days.

Because when comes to Zelda, it's personal for him. :D

Have to assume Zelda will be delayed until holidays, maybe within first 2 wks of Nov. '17 at the earliest.

Rumour specifically saying that will be launched few months after Switch launch, so we dont assume that will be November games, much better chances is that will be May title.

Mario would be a much better pack-in title imo..

Of Course, but Nintendo is aware that new 3D Mario will sell great outside of bundle especially at launch. Same could be said for Zelda BotW, people relly dont need to expect that Zelda BotW will be bundled.

We know Zelda was not delayed because of polishing.

We don't have to do the same dance every time. Also, this time we don't know how much people is willing to upgrade and buy the Switch version considering how they did on Wii U.

We still don't know of those 60-47million are going to upgrade to Switch. And I doubt Nintendo is aiming to just get that as they want to improve this gen when they are definitely not very successful.

You still don't get the point you earliar were arguing about the Wii U userbase, that 60-47m makes them not as significant because in theory if they all left and every 3DS owner buys a switch Nintendo would have matched/outsold the SNES, match the NES if all 60m buy it. Nintendo aren't looking at it the way you are they're likely looking at the switch as a combined userbase which is probably why 3DS owners are having it good right now as Nintendo likely is more focused on them migrating over. Despite some people complaining a number of Wii U owners in reality would still migrate over, if Switch is priced right I can see it grabbing some non Wii U console gamers as well.

Selling 60-47m on a new hybrid device is an improvement over this gen they would have outsold all but 2 of their previous, they'd have a significant userbase in both portable and home markets again. It would be one 60-47m that they can fully focus and build on for every future gen.

60-47 million is pretty healthy for the homecosole market, but for the handheld one is low.
