13.5 million Nintendo fans sat and defended Nintendo's stance during the Wii U era, claiming it was for the best and blaming the other consoles for the lack of quality games. Having Nintendo change stance is unlikely considering how their corporate policies (push out PS2-quality shovelware and stick Mario on the cover) didn't change after the disastrous Year of Luigi. Especially when they think there's 13.5 million consumers out there who are happy to buy rubbish blessed by them.
