Well, not all games will be in 4k but all MS games will aim for it which means other AAA games can aim for that as well. No or reduced anti-aliasing will also help with reaching 4k in some games I guess.
The thing is, an imaginary console we only know so much about which is around one year away shouldn't be really discussed so much right now. Wait at least until they reveal the console and some more information about the architecture.
