Maybe it really is about not overloading the launch line up. To give consumers a line up of games that they can look forward to over the course of the year. If Zelda is gonna be delayed by a few months then that's fine. We've waited for about 5 years so a few more months won't hurt, especially when we're potentially getting 3D Mario first. It's hard to debate whether either or should lead the launch since Zelda would be a great launch title but you can never go wrong with 3D Mario.
