Thinking about it, it would not make any sense to not have at launch.
The whole point on keeping the Wii U version away from release was to make people buy it for the Switch, but not having at launch will kill the point because :
1) why to release a game on Wii U so late in 2017, and 2) Switch could benefit more having it at launch than on holidays.
