So Wii U Basic all over again? I assume the pack in game will be an actual game worth $60 standalone, so that alone would make it the better value and then there's the extra storage and whatever else. The only reason to get the basic model is if you have no interest in the pack in game so you'd rather pay $10 extra to have a choice for your first game. I'd rather believe Nintendo wont make this mistake again, imo they should just have one model and that's it like with the Wii. If they pack in a game it gives it more value that way since you don't see the price of the system without a game.
