Miss the old good days of ps1, when games were meant to have a great time while playing and not to look "perfect" on the display... Ape Escape, Crash, Spyro. Even the games with licensed characters were great: Tom and Jerry in the trap house, sheep raider, monster rancher. Board games like Game of Life. Where these games gone?

Now all I see is: Developers slapping bland characters in recycled and overused gameplay mechanics (make some aesthetics changes ofc), with a cliché story and many skippable cutscenes, make the visuals look realistic, the world big (doesn't matter if its an uninspiring scenario) and you got everyone worshipping your game.

TLG is the only game from the entire retail library of ps4 (not even worth mention X1) that got my attention.

Edit: Actually Overwatch is a great game, really innovated the FPS scenario, but that's not saying much unfortunately. And there is South Park. So I think that is it. 3 games
