Actual ARM A57 is quite capable CPU despite its low power, while Jaguar (its Notebook CPU) PS4/XB1 isn't strong processor and actually is bottleneck for PS4/XB1. If Switch has 8-core ARM A57 probably would be stronger CPU than PS4/XB1 Jaguar CPU, but Switch will most likly be quad core, so thats actualy only advantage of PS4/XB1 CPU.
