Just like how it was easy for Clinton it wipe the floor with him, Oh right don't wanna mention that humiliation ... 
It takes 60 senators to prevent a filibuster, not a bill ...
Democratic senators can try as hard as they want to obstruct but it'll be political suicide for them to keep doing it once the 2018 senate relection comes around ...
