I get it to an extent, but the thing is the game is still coming to Wiii U so that selling point is still there and if Zelda wasnt the only reason that they bought a Wii U than all those others still exist.

For example, lets say someone wanted a Wii U for these 5 games, Mario Kart, Smash Bros, Bayonetta 2, Xenoblade, Zelda. Guess what? all 5 of those games are on Wii U.

At least these people still have the option of playing the game on Wii U, its not like Final Fantasy Versus XIII or The Last Guardian where they were delayed for years, assumed to be dead, then all of a sudden showed back up and were no longer releasing on the consoles they were originally announced.

Why would the option of playing the game on Wii U matter when Zelda drops below 30fps on Wii U and has no gamepad features and the multiplayer community moves to Switch? If these ports were released in 3 years then you could make a good point, but they will be out very soon after the original Wii U releases and will have a lot of exclusive content, making the Wii U worthless.

You are talking about a bunch of unknown variables, do we know the Wii U version drops below 30fps? do we know the game even has a multiplayer option?

These games dont make the Wii U worthless, I bought and played MK8, Smash 4 & Splatoon around the time of release meaning i had almost 2-3 years to play these games before their updated ports release.

I got my money worth of these games and Wii U considering i have a few dozen games and have put in 100s of hours playing them. The enjoyment anybody had from Wii U and its games doesnt magically disapear because these games get rereleased on another device.
