No different than many of us. If we don't hold up a good image at our respective work place, we're likely terminated. And as far as I know, Phil didn't have to give props to Uncharted 4 in his tweet but he did anyways.

It doesn't matter why,  fact is I meant future.  Phil doesn't have to but he does it for the good pr.  Nothing genuine about it.
