uh, I picked that title from off the top of my head as well... that's one of the main things I remember about Sim City 2000.
"This is City chopper 1 reporting heavy traffic."
I'd figure who'd knew it would know what was in the thread otherwise those who didn't probably had no reason to read the thread and the link.
Either way, the color scheme is different from area to area and building to building, and time of day.
