On one hand, this sounds like "we're going to wait and see how popular this thing becomes before we really get behind it," indicating a lack of faith, but on the other, Japanese publishers are often very slow at supporting new hardware. They also, oddly, really like supporting one platform at a time, then porting to other platforms later. This might just be business as usual.
