I'm sure all companies would be thrilled with the sales of their flagship title being nearly 50% down on its predecessor.
In absolute numbers I'm sure the series is fine, but it does not paint a good picture for the health of the franchise. Activision isn't much more than Blizzard; CoD and Skylanders these days and two of those three things are beginning to show major signs of fatigue.
