Idk I believe certain people should be treated like work animals. Serial killers and serial rapists -the irredeemable. They could be put into forced labor. Better than them living comfy in prison or reading a book on death row for years.
Should they go to jail for it? No. Pot isnt a serious enough offense. However, abusers should be forced to take some courses on responsiblity with drugs and other potentially hazardous things. It's important we keep people educated on matters like that
