Proberbly on the PS4pro it will be a simulair experience as on my PC. Anyway, I liked the story and emotion more in UC4 but I felt like the game was a bit too slow. On Rise of the Tomb Raider I liked the pace and more open world/side quest feel more In the end I really disliked some of the sections from UC4 (dislike it a harsh word for sutch a great game) but I never felt a single moment of "lets skip to the good part" on ROTT but like I said I played it on my pc from 2013 which is a significantly faster experience then my ps4 (no offense) in loading times and graphics/framerate |
The story affected the pace of Uncharted. They had to make Drake older and slow down the pace to make it believable that his time as a treasure hunter was coming to an end. Uncharted 2 is more comparable with Tomb Raider 2 in that way since I felt ROTR was trying to emulate that games pace and gameplay with a little extra on the side. Tomn Raider is never going to end because Sony and Naughty Dog feels safe with the quality of development to let it go. Once Crystal Dynamics used the Uncharted formula to reboot Tomb Raider its obvius that that franchise will have far more iterations than even Uncharted. Its going to get milked.Somethings are necessary. Its about closure if youve played the whole franchise. Good post though. Just had to give a my two cents.
