Depends on what freedoms they offered. We already know they have a decent marketing budget. Many times a big name publisher will walk in and basically take over full control of the project and you're left with a shell of the game you envisioned. If CE is letting NoWay Studios run things their way and are offering a decent marketing budget, then absolutely.
