What do you think "platform/account" holder means? Why do you think DeNA were on the list of third parties when they aren't providing software? Why would Nintendo establish a partnership with a mobile company when their original intent with them wasn't to make mobile games, but for their backend? Because they're providing firmware. DeNA were previously known for their Mobage platform. 2+2=4.
