Agree with you; calling it a flop now is a bit premature, especially since Nintendo isn't putting out anything else for the Wii U this holiday season, so some people will probably get it just because there's practically nothing else.
I have it, and so far, I've actually enjoyed it pretty well. It has its flaws, but I'm liking it more than Sticker Star at least.
