If you want to lie to yourself and claim that Nintendo is still pumping great title after great title then more power to you. Ignore every lemon even if they are charging full retail price. Why should we even bother holding the corporation to any kind of quality standard. Who can blame Nintendo for trying to make a quick profit off the back of their fans with all these shitty games. As long as they slap Mario on it, we should be greatful to Nintendo, Right?
If it's a major holiday release from Nintendo, it's suppose to be AAA title from AAA developer. Have you even played all the game in the series and experience the decline since Paper Mario? Paper Mario when it was release was getting high 90's review but was a big let down from what everyone wanted Super Mario RPG 2. Same thing is happening with the Mario & Luigi series, clearly Nintendo is reducing the development time and release rushed game that don't have the polish and appeal from previous game in the series.
I'm not pretending a 76 is a horrible score, I just know that Nintendo is capable of making a high 90's game but instead in order to make a quick profit Nintendo is giving us a game with a 76 score.
