Switch is new platform that is incomparible stronger than 3DS even stronger 2-3x than Wii U, 3DS will be dead in around 1 year, so offcorse that games like Pokemon and Monster Hunter will be done in new HD engine not some 3DS ports.
Also have on mind that Monster Hunter and Pokemon on Switch will be $60 games not $40 like on 3DS.
