While it is a pretty shady thing to do, Nintendo is just playing it smart, Ninty is pretty much screwing over hardcore loyalists that wouldn't mind if Miyamoto was to spit on them, so no harm done for the most part, plus, they're a company, money will always take priority.
I'm now filled with determination.
