Guuuh, this again. There's a few points to be made about this, but I've made them before and don't care much to do it again. They'd loose out on HW profits, no peripherals either, their games would take longer to make and cost more since they'd be developing on more powerful consoles AND having to compete with everything else out there. And it's not even a sure thing that a market exists for Nintendo on Playstation or Xbox, where hardcore gamers lament the absence of Nintendo and their games, yet never buys similar offerings on the console.
